New Salamis ran out 3-1 winners against a very strong Sandridge Rovers team. The Reds went into an early lead through Tyler Campbell to make it 1-0. Lee White then made it 2-0 with his first goal of the season.

Sandridge pulled a goal back from a direct free kick for 2-1 which was the half time score.

The second half saw Salamina reduced to 10 men when Andreas Chambi was harshly sent off for mistaken identity. Sandridge were also reduced to 10 men when a player was sent to the Sin Bin.

Salamina went further ahead through Harrison Georgiou for 3-1 before Deniz Mehmet goal was ruled out somehow for offside when he beat the player and slotted home.

Both teams finished the game with 9 men each following a very stupid scuffle in the last minutes between both teams that did not portray the excellent match. Salamina ran our 3-1 winners, to make it 8 wins out of 8 in the League in 2019.
