The reds were made to work very hard for the win tonight. Weston started very strong and went into an early 4th minute lead. However Salamina replied well and equalised in the 25th minute through Kyri Portou for 1 - 1.

Salmina went further ahead 10 minutes later with a penalty and Kyri Portou made it 2-1. In between chances came from both sides.

The second half was tough and with the Weston keeper sent off in the 80th minute for a second bookable offence on the returning Charlie Georgiou, Salamina scored again this time from a Tyler Campbell drive from the edge of the box for 3-1. in between sending off and goal we missed another penalty when Ryan Hervel hit the crossbar.

Weston then had a penalty of their own which Bobby Smith saved but Weston scored on the rebound for 3-2 to make a frantic last 10 minutes or so before another Weston player was sent off again the goalkeeper as Charlie Georgiou tried to go round him and he was brutally taken out.

Salamina wrapped up the points when Charlie Georgiou fed Nicholas Kouroushi in the box to side foot home and make it 4-2 and a vital 3 points.
